Conversations with Children

Posted by MrGoodMan on August 1st, 2006

I’ve spent the last month putting together a site that was inspired by my children and a friend of mine.

I decide to share this site with people and guess what I get…an email saying the following:

“ok that was too corny, it would have hit me more if there was the mention of Jesus. Shawn you are a east coast guy this is too soft for u come on keep it real.”

That comment made me chuckle and smile because it showed me that some people just don’t know what they do not know!

Everyone is trying to do their best to survive! But for someone to take a swipe at a site that’s intended to share the joy of having a conversation with a child…well, I won’t touch it! :)

Look, not everything in life will conform to your way of thinking. You will not like everything you read. You will definitely not like what people say! That’s fine! Just make sure you do not impose your beliefs on someone!

That comment reminded me of why I came online in the first place…to help people to see things just a little different!

In time, that individual will come around and see that conversation for what it is!

I almost forget to include the darn link so you can judge for yourself. Visit the Conversations with Children web site and tell me what you think!

Look forward to hearing what you think whether it’s negative or positive! Don’t worry, I have thick skin! :)
