Long before this opportunity to live my dreams appeared, I knew I would need to develop a strong team of people who could see my vision and would love to achieve it!
For ten years, whenever I came in contact with people I would always ask myself, “Is this someone who could be on my team?”
I would get to know the person, watch how they handle themselves and see what they do. It’s important to note while I hear what people say I look to see if their actions and words are congruent! If there iare any inconsistencies, I determine what’s causing it (i.e., personal problems, stress on the job, etc.)
You would think in ten years I would have a ton of people but the truth is I only have a core group of ten people that I trust! We have gone through a lot and they have proven to me time-and-time again they can handle pressure and weather a storm.
More important, we all share the same vision and love to help people! It is our destiny to serve together to help millions!
Now that I’m working on the documents to form the non-profit, their support and effort will be needed to get this baby off the ground and flying high!
As much as I would love to sit here and claim I can do it all I know I can’t! I need help from them and that higher force, which I call God.
So my question to you is, “What dreams do you have that require you to seek help? Are you unwilling to share your vision and ideas because you are afraid someone will steal it?”
In my experience, if you let go of that concept or idea and share it you will receive so much more that it will seem small in comparison to the new stuff you’ll be getting! Trust me on this one!
Let me give you an example. I am currently putting together a personal development system that started out as a high priced one-on-one coaching program starting at $1,500 for six weeks!
But I didn’t feel comfortable with the price and who I wanted to reach! So, I shared the idea with a few friends and it turned into a high-price physical product on several CD’s for $297!
I still didnt’ feel comfortable with that because the people I wanted to reach couldn’t afford that! The goal was simple, “To get the System in as many people’s hands as humanly possible.”
My other concern was I didn’t want to give away a System that I knew worked. Shoot, I got the proof it works from the testimonies I receive!
It wasn’t until I kept talking about the idea with friends that I began to realize the system was just the beginning of the process. There was much more to come. And immediately after thinking those words a flood of concepts came forth that supported the System.
Now that system will be available to everyone for a minimal investment and will impact the lives of millions of people! I’ll keep you posted as to when I will launch it.
